that isn't really cough syrup.its a safer alternative to honey since you can't give honey to babies before 1. if you want to soothe their throats its OK to use but for congestion remember to keep their noses clear of mucus with the bulb or snotsucker and a humidifier. I've been rubbing my baby down with lavender lotion and making sure she gets lots of sleep and now that she's 6months I've moved to baby vicks. good luck momma! @misspatty
