What do you guys think about having pets around the baby? My boyfriend's mom wants to get rid of all my animals and that is not happening. They are family too. I have a dog and 3 Inside-outside cats. (I know the worry about cats but they aren't gonna be in the room with the baby.)

I have a dog and two cats and I'm not worried at all. My dog was great with the my first son and my cats are sweet and gentle. Don't give away your pets as long as you know they are well behaved!

I have 2 inside dogs and 2 inside outside cats and they don't mess with my baby so I think it's fine as long as they don't get near the baby

Just keep the babies stuff away from them. My dog has stolen 3 pacifiers and some diapers(clean or dirty) and chewed up a bottle. Other than that he is very protective of my son and even checks on him when he cries. I think he knows it's a little helpers human and doesn't try to jump on him or hurt him at all.

I have 2 inside only cats. The oldest likes to mother everything and everyone who is young or sick, so I'm not worried at all. As long as you watch them, it'll be fine
