How much caffeine do you consume a day? I use to be a huge coffee drinker but I haven't had any since I found out I was pregnant.
However, my energy is non existent. I slept 12 hours and still had a hard time getting out of bed and here I am at work wanting to put my head down and sleep. I can't function like this :/
If you don't drink caffeine, where the heck do you get your energy from?

You are allowed to have 200mg of caffeine a day I believe... I try to limit myself to one Pepsi or cup of coffee a day
I have a can of Pepsi and a cup of coffee every day.. so not healthy.. but it helps me get through the day!
I have one coke a day to keep away caffeine migraines but it doesnt give me energy im in my third trimester and still have no energy
I pretty much only drink cokes throughout the day.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
