if you like to clean or do a lot of things don't do that until after 6 weeks. I didn't listen and ended up opening the ends of my incision and took longer to recover. make sure you have lots of help at home because for me it so hard to get out of bed and needed help up. keep it clean(doctors will tell you) that's all I can think of right now @bella91

I was in labor and my baby wouldn't drop down and I wasn't dilating so I had to go in for a csection
