I'm so scared...
just earlier this year I had my first miscarriage after 2 healthy boys..
I am now 6 weeks pregnant and started spotting yesterday.. i called my OB and he is having me come in for an ultrasound at 9 (in about an hour) but im so so scared of what they will tell me..

Keep us informed and stay positive it's hard but try your best we are here for you.
I would try to stay positive regardless, but I know that is very hard. I miscarried a year ago and it is a struggle for me to stay positive every day. I have an appointment today and it is scary. Try to stay positive, and good luck to you. I think positive thoughts really make a difference. I am saying a prayer for you and your baby.
I will be praying that you get good news and a peace of mind from your ultrasound.
