hey ladies my little guy is 2 days old and he twitches / has muscle spells while he sleeps its not long and not all the time .. is it normal?? we have a doc apt tomorrow so I'll ask him but just asking here ...

Im pretty sure that's normal. Its just muscle spasms. My little boy is a lot more jumpy when he isn't swaddled. So maybe u could swaddle him.
okay will do .. it freaked me out today I almost started crying thinking my little one is sick .. I'm a first time mom so I really don't know what is suppose to be right and what is wrong..
my daughter did and she grew out of it. she still had this thing where her lips shiver if that makes since. it looks like she's freezing the way her lips move. but other then that she grew out of everything else. her doctor said shes healthy as ever
I meant to ask my pediatrician about that, but my 2 week old still does that occasionally. I don't think it's anything bad, but let me know what your dr says! I'm curious about why they do that.
