No don't you save it and don't you pump!!!!!! It can cause contractions and make you go into labor and the colostrum that's coming out now will be completely different than what comes out after baby is born and on top of that baby only drinks that for 2 to 3 days before your real milk comes in. And for it to be yellow or even a little red is normal. It's called rusty pipes because it's not being used but that's fine. Leave those boobies alone until baby gets here!

Yea that can cause contractions that's wat triggered my Braxton hicks so often one night it wasn't fun at all....😢😩
