My cat is starting to get protective of me. Won't let the other cat near me and curls up right next to. If my husband tries to pet him he walks away then gets closer to me. Always right by my belly.

Aww. That's sweet. This will be the first baby that was born into the family, I have two nieces and a nephew that are foster children that my sister is planning on adopting, yay!!!! I don't know how any of the family pets are going to react to a pregnant lady.

thats very sweet. my cat hated me when I was pregnant with my daughter. Thats because she did not like kids because she was tortured by kids with her last owner so I had to give her away.

@mimi602, that's awful. One of my dogs is a rescue from an abusive home too. So sad :( My indoor dog is getting jealous I think. He's been super restless and needy recently.
