I'm 4days late and now I had some spotting and I seen a tiny tiny squiggly red clot..I just freaked out..and my left side kinda cramped up for a min..

a little bit of spotting is normal when your in your early stages, it's just left over blood pretty much, I spotted for 2 days before I found out I was pregnant.
