My 2 week old makes it seem like she can't sleep unless I'm holding her or she's laid across my chest and when I know she's in a deep sleep I try to put her in her bassinet but she wakes up immediately I've also tried swaddling her and putting a piece of my clothing in her bassinet but that didn't help. Its to the point that if I want any sleep she has to be laying with me and her dad in our bed and me and her noses have to be touching or she has to hear me breathing lol any advice on how to get her to sleep alone. She has a swing and a bouncer and doesn't do good in those either

ya I tried multiple times switching her and thank goodness i have a cal king so he sleeps far away from me lol. but I never rolled on my daughter and ita SO MUCH easier if u breastfeed and they sleep on you cause you can just sleep with your boob out and they find it and just nurse when there hungry lol #lazy lol

I will lol @mrs.cravens and right it is tiring she's only 2 weeks old but I feel like I'm not getting any good sleep because I have to constantly remind myself she in the bed plus I'm having to keep an eye on her dad to make sure he doesn't get to close to her while he's sleep.

It will pass. Just keep rocking or setting them down and eventfully they will sleep. I just had to repeat it about 3 times or so and finally he would sleep. He's now sleeping 6 hrs straight sometimes more. And I know can nurse him and put him in his crib and he puts himself to sleep! The first month or so was tiring!
