I'm just about four months PP and my hair has been falling out like crazy 😖 is this normal or should I be concerned?

My hair is doing it too. It's bee. doing it since shortly after 3 months. I started hair skin and nail vitamins and even though I still lose a lot of hair daily, it's not noticeable to others.

Normal unfortunately
