Anyone else experience a little pain in your lower abdomen when they sneeze? I'm 10w2d

This happens to me when I lay down. Or laugh while laying down omggg 😫 ow!!

I always bend over if I feel like I'm gonna cough or sneeze, if I'm not where I can do that I grab ahold of my lower stomach and push in a little. Bending over helps a lot more that holding though

@mloff46, it sucks ! Changing positions and stretching lightly will help !

it's totally normal chica. everything is so tight and tense while little baby grows. it won't be so bad soon

Round ligament pain !

It helped me when I bent over a little and held where the pain was and when is would cough or sneeze than it wouldn't hurt
