anyone else found out they were preggo at 3 weeks?

I don't think my test would've been accurate. I didn't show a positive sign until 4 weeks 3 days. And it was even faint then.

Me! I thought I was 5 weeks but my cycles were long and I ovulated late

I found out I was pregnant at 2 weeks exactly. I was feeling very nauseous but pregnancy test showed negative so I make a doctors appointment and they did blood work.

I found out when I was 3-4 weeks. I went to the er with severe pain in my upper abdomen. Thought I had an ulcer which turns out I did. But they found out I was pregnant. They thought it was ectopic I had two large cysts on my ovary. So they did surgery. Went for a follow up and come to find out not ectopic but am pregnant with twins! My other two pregnancys I found out at 4 weeks.
