How old do you think is too old for a kid to still have a pacifier?
@brightsunsett, yea I know a lot of people who let their children decide when they are done, but I know people who are strict with their child turning a certain age and saying okay no more. It's cool to see how other people think.
Okay lol I was jut letting you know my opinion. My daughter doesn't much like them anymore but my god son is 3 and uses his lol
@lilchicken, @brightsunsett I understand every kid is different, I'm asking opinions of moms because I know that some parents don't want their kids using pacifiers at a specific age so they try and get them off of it.. It's parent's preference, that's why I'm asking.
I'd say once teeth start coming in but like sunset said, every baby is different, my son only used his for a few weeks and just wasn't into it but my friends kids used them till 3 or 4
My daughter used hers a lot. But it seems like since she turned 4 months old she's winning her self off it. Every baby is digferent
I had mine until my 3rd birthday lol. I like to think I turned out alright ;)
I'm gonna try to go without using them but of I do I would start winging her off it at 1
My daughter didn't like hers after she turned 1, but she carried it around till after she turned 4 lol I would guess 15 to 18 months.
we took my son's away from him by 2.5 yrs old. my daughter gave hers up for her fingers at 5 months old and she is 18 months and not giving those up any time soon. but my son by time we was 2 only used his for nap and bed not all the time.
