I'm 29weeks and leaking yellow discharge. I think it may be my mucus plug

The cramps are probably from stretching because you're nearing the final stretch and that's pretty literal. Baby is gonna have a growth spurt soon and extra discharge farther along in pregnancy is normal. The only time to worry is if it's tinged with blood.
