It's very true the pain gets so much worse the farther u get. All I thought was all the women back in the day did it and they don't even have anything left. I also told the nurse not to ask me if I wanted it, that if I truly thought I needed it I would ask. U could definitely do it 💪🏼 us women r strong. Everyone's body is different I didn't rip, but some women do. U can start doing perennial massages now it will help get ur body ready for labor. Also keegels help too.

I feel like I have enough will power to do it, but I hear a lot of people end up getting pain meds when there about 6cm. I don't wanna get that far an then chicken out an get the pain meds. I want to feel everything. Mostly scared of ripping and that pain:/

Yes I had an all natural with my daughter. U must be determined, lol but I think I personally benefitted from it I was energized and felt so good after unlike when I had the epi and was in pain and exhausted

Was it worth doing it natural with ur first? This will be my first time delivering
