Sorry, just now saw this! Pace feeding is feeding him so each ounce takes 5 minutes minimum to eat. it let's him know he's full so he doesn't overeat.

How often does he eat and are you pace feeding bottles?

stimulation is what produces more milk for your next feedings so you should feed your soon then pump after for 15 mins on each breast don't worry about how much comes out right now if you keep doing it you'll notice your milk supply start to increase in no time

I pump every 2-3 hours & can usually at least keep up but today isn't happening. I'm also worried about when I go back to work in 2 weeks

maybe you can give him both, if you really can get a lot of milk, son he doesn't stay hungry, just pump more!!

I'm trying so hard not to! But I don't want to have to give him formula. He eats 4oz & I only have 2.5 pumped @1130nnne

sorry I know how u feel I couldn't make enough either when I had my first and second one. so I'm going to try lactate cookies. I have a recipe for them. I will try and find it and post it on here.

drink a lot of water, don't give up:) I was like that too I felt I wasn't pumping a lot of milk but I didn't give up!!
