Ok mommies with mixed race babies I really don't know if that's the reason but my baby's skin is really dry and flaking off really bad (like she had on a black onesie today and on the inside of it it looked like one of those people with very bad dandruff that they show on commercials) so my question is: is there a certain type of wash or lotion that you ladies use in your babies to help with it?

@mrsmoore, thanks her dad has dry skin so I thought maybe that was why but wasn't sure!!! @mrs.meow I heard that too it's soooo hard bc I thought lotion moisturizes the skin??? I was lost when I heard that but I guess I'll try that then
My babies skin is doing the same thing. I was told its normal and not to use lotion this early *shrugs* I've just left it alone tho it's hard
has nothing to do with race all babies peel a few days after being born she's ok I just give my son a bath and pay attention more to those areas when he was that young lol
yea my baby peeled bad I didn't know if it was normal but it definitely is and will go away soon!!! my babies a month in a half and her skin isn't falling off anymore lol
