Does anyone have any tips for recovery after a vaginal birth 😰 ?????

@nickysmom89, deff do so . this helps the healing process a lot more specially when you pee . Give yourself about two weeks to heal fully - I healed within a week with my first . You'll be okay ! Good luck !!

Make padsicles. You can find the recipe on Pinterest. They are the best thing I have ever done. Wish I woulda known about them with my first. The cold feels sooooooo amazing on your lady bits.

Loved the spray. Earth mama angel baby also makes a new mama bottom spray. Try a sitz bath and padsicles too. And the peri bottle is heaven. Warm water though!! Not hot and not cold lol. Trust me.

@nickysmom89, didn't burn me at all. It cooled it down and actually helped heal it . Don't be afraid spray aittle and see how u feel .

The RN said that some people say the medical spray burns. Is that true? I'm terrified to use it? @mrsmord

@amirxalyak, I had a slight tear during delivery. I got stitches but boy does it hurt to use the restroom 😢

Use all the stuff they give you , the squirt bottle , that medical spray . Use warm water when u use the squirt bottle it helps sooth it alot
