Question for you ladies! My bf gets 2 weeks of vacation time, & hes going to use it for after the baby is born so he can be home with us. My due date is January 28th, when should he schedule to take the vacation time? I know there's no predicting when she will come but he has to give a notice before taking time off. Any opinions welcome, TIA!

If he can break it down as my hubby did for paternity leave you should try that . He did it for like a few weeks before I was due bc we knew our boy would come early and then also around the time he was due.

@muvamermaid, i was thinking about that too but its so hard to pick bc im so scared she will come early or late & completely bypass his time off :(

Literally my baby boy came the day my hubby started his paternity leave days but we got lucky bc we felt like we knew when he would come and we did. It is a hard thing to figure out bc you will definitely need him there. What are your docs saying as far as what they think when baby will come?

@muvamermaid, my doctor is so not informative. I havent heard anything as to what he's estimating or nothing. But luckily hes leaving so ill get a new doc soon. I have a feeling she'll come early, & my bf keeps saying she'll come early.

She likely will. Just like do as much as you can around the time you want her to come so he can plan around that. That's what we did and my son came the next day after we did a ton of walking
