🚨Question🚨
I'm a breastfeeding mom at the moment and I would love to be able to breastfeed until Nelianiz turns 1. However, I'm afraid that when her teeth come out she hurts me. Is it bad if I pump and give her the breastmilk in a bottle instead of breastfeeding? What are your thoughts on this subject?? 😊
as long as she gets breast milk she's a breast fed baby. no matter how she gets it
@nelianiz.elize, you're welcome:)just do what you think is best
I breastfed my first until I had my second (it turned to comfort nursing only at bed time because my milk dried up during pregnancy) so almost 2 years of nursing, and teeth only hurt when she bit me she would bite on accident as she was falling asleep but if you want to pump instead that's totally fine she's still getting your milk :)
@120415kittykatt, OMG that's a long time ! I bet it was exhausting for her 😱😩 I'm doing just 1 year 😊 Well I will have to start looking for videos on youtube lol
Thanks @cynthiasmommy_96 I want her to get those nutrients atleast until she stops using bottles 😊
lol they start to listen around 8-11months & higher ..m my lactation consultant was telling me she breastfed till they were 3years old with teeth .
it's ok if you pump and give it to her in a bottle. she's still getting the nutrients of breastmilk :) it's whatever makes you more comfortable
How can we train them @120415kittykatt ? I'm afraid that I'll be hurt and in pain while in the process . 😢
they say you can train your baby so she won't bite you ... but pumping sounds great although your supple might slow down
I was going to do strictly breastfeeding but I'm going to actually do breastfeeding and pumping (bottle) because if not than she'll be hooked and will want my breast only and wouldn't work if she is left with her dad or something lol..
Anyone else doing both???
I'm a breastfeeding mother & I hate when family or friends come over because it messes up my breastfeeding bond with baby, so then I'm forced to give her pumped breast milk & I'm left with engorged boobs because I cannot breastfeed or pump ... don't you hate when people try to wake up your newborn while your trying to put her to sleep 💁

Hi everyone! @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom here. For today's chat we're going to talk about breastfeeding and pumping in honor of World Breastfeeding Week! Both can seem complicated or stressful, but remember you have lots of support here! With my first son I had things going against us for breastfeeding.
I wish I knew back when he was younger that we could have still tried! With my second...

I just seen this post on Facebook where this lady was breastfeeding her 3.5 year old, she is actually latching this kid.. I'm all for breastfeeding but I think that's all little to much especially latching him..
