okay this may be a stupid question but ive heard the start of the 3rd trimester begins at 27 weeks. but ive also heard it begins at 28 weeks. so which is it.

my doctor goes by 28, and I have always used 28 since it's just a week difference. Guess it just depends.

I asked my doc at my last appointment, she said 28 starts the third trimester
