Well wanted to take a shower and I had to grab on to the shower towel rack not to fall my man helped me out and helped me sit down and put a fan on me I hate these dizzy spells now the babyy is flittering about I'm laying down watching TV trying to cool down and relax 💏😘👶😱

That happend to me all the time try having the door open and the shower not so hot and taking some ice water or something cold to drink

I went to the emergency room bc at first I was just dizzy very often then one day around 14 weeks I fainted . And then they told me some precautions to take those helped me a lot I never realized it being hot could affect you too but apparently that's a big deal the hott showers so just as a precaution :) @mommys.little.peanut.1
