i was diagnosed a year ago and my doctor told me mines was severe and yet has she put me on anything. me and my husband been trying for 3 years and nothing has happened. we gotten pregnant four years ago but it ended in a miscarriage..... i did the same thing with the period app and started tracking my cycles and so far they been on track. i had clomid before with a different doctor but it wasnt succesful so now i have to get my tubes checked ....oh yes i know its depressing, but u have to have faith and relax and just let it happen... my dr told me that because i stayed depressed from getting negative test results... just want to send alot of baby dust towards your way.

@jaylee16, I was dignosed at the age of 13 and have been on birth control ever since. I took myself off 3 months ago and met with my gyno because my fiancé and I are ready to try to get pregnant. My gyno told me to track my ovulation for 3 months to see if I do ovulate on my own and if I don't then we will start Clomid. But because of theses wacky periods I'm just concerned. My fiancé is convinced I'm pregnant but I'm tired of taking test and getting a negative it's really depressing.

@smith516, i have pcos also and i wasnt able to take birth control cause it made me really sick. but there were some months i would ovulate and there were other months i wouldn't..but i started using a ovulation kit to see if i am ovulating or not.
