I got induced with my son. they start pitocin on a low doseage just like early labor then they pump it up every hour, I went in at 10 didn't get hooked up till about 11am then had him at 6:20am the next day.. I got the epidural but sadly the guy put it in wrong and I was so frustrated that I didn't want him to fix it so I just said forget it. lol but when the nurse check me at 6:02 in the morning I was a 5 then she took her hand out and my water broke everything was worse from there. I went from 5 cm to 10 cm in 18 mins.. I was screaming, pushing, crying, moving. they were telling me not to push cause my Dr wasn't there yet I said well I'm not stopping. 😂 once I saw my Dr I pushed one more time and he was out. it happened so fast though. I would do it all over again if I could. but my baby was transferred to a children's hospital right after cause he only has one kidney and came out a little swollen cause i pushed while I was a 8. don't be scared though.. it all depends on your body and baby. trust your mother instincts. :) you got this! 💘💘
