I feel like I eat so much 😕 I could eat a big meal and be starving a few hours later
Since we only need an extra 2-300 calories a day, try to stick to high protein foods and eat snacks like nuts or cheese or yogurt in between. And don't cut out all carbs. Avoid processed stuff and sugary stuff that will leave you hungry quicker. Luckily you are one of the ones able to eat at all lol.
