Since we only need an extra 2-300 calories a day, try to stick to high protein foods and eat snacks like nuts or cheese or yogurt in between. And don't cut out all carbs. Avoid processed stuff and sugary stuff that will leave you hungry quicker. Luckily you are one of the ones able to eat at all lol.
Lucky! I didn't have that until my second trimester lol my morning sickness was horrible! But usually I drink a cup of milk & the feeling of being so hungry will go away (:
