I keep having cramps like crazy and spotting I can't move with out hurting and when I stand I get dizzy then when I eat I throw right up. should I go to the hospital I have tried everything and nothing has helped

At least call and they'll tell you whether to come in or not

I would just to be safe but this is my first pregnancy so I don't know if something like that is normal :(

yes. go to the hospital. you might be dehydrated but you need to go to make sure
