I have a killer sinus headache. Tylenol is just not cutting it......any suggestions?

Thanks @arijane316 @twinmamma2015 U just ate some chicken noodle soup. I'm going to try the hot rag on my face and then heating get pad on my neck. Then I'm taking another nap.

for sinus headache, put a hot rag over your face. also, there a re pressure points you can pulsate: under your eyes right on the bone, your temples (rub in circular motions), directly above your eye brows (press on them starting by the end of your eyebrow and move toward the center), and on the thinnest part of the bridge of your nose. these help me alot and my cousin had to do it all the time to relieve pressure in her sinuses

try an ice pack or heating pad on the back of your neck, and like some soda or coffee... caffeine can help with headaches
