My son got his two months vaccines yesterday and got a fever! Last night I just wiped where his creases and changed his diaper.. I normally bathe him in the morning but he slept way longer than expected, he still has a fever but it's lower than before.. I was wondering should I bathe him or give him a sponge bath?
