Me, and I was positive for it, even if you are positive it isn't a big deal, you just get an IV of antibiotics in labor. Also like everyone said, it's just a vaginal and rectal swab. doesn't hurt.
I had a pee test which came back group b strep positive took antibiotics for a week waiting to get tested Jan 6 or at my next appointment if it has gone away I will not need a Iv or anything for labor
Everyone gets tested for it...my first pregnancy I was positive for it and had to have iv antibiotics during labor, so far I'm negative this time around

they just swab around your lady bits and butthole. Doesn't hurt. over in a matter of seconds.
