it doesn't hurt when you get it. mine hurt for like two days after though.

My arm was super sore for like 2-3 days... Other than that just another shot in the arm

@justine212, @mjbaby2016, @momma588, @rskille Thanks mamas. I was wondering because what I just read was that side effects of it basically make you sick so I was curious to know how it affected others

yea surprisingly it didn't make me sick. I felt kinda icky the next day. but it wasn't too bad. @arijane316

They gave me mine in my hip cause my nurse said it would hurt less. I think she was right cause I'm not that sore. I had mine yesterday

@momma588, ok thanks. @rskille if they give me the option that's what I'll do. that's where I was getting my birth control shots and it was better than having a dead arm for a few days
