I was told by my doctors to stay away from green tea because it can affect the folic acid . But if your doctors say it's okay then go for it !
A green tea will have the most health benefits and least amount of caffeine. You can also have regular coffee. Just no more than two 8oz cups a day
It affects folic acid absorption if you are drinking it in excess @paige123 caffeine in general limits absorption of most vitamins and minerals that's why there's a limit in pregnancy
