Can't get any sleep 😕 I try so hard to fall asleep , but I'm so uncomfortable , little man kicks so hard and so much it hurts ! I have the worst heartburn when bed time comes around , and I'm up at least every hour to pee ! I'm uncomfortable any way I lay ! By the time l fall into a good sleep it's time for my daughter to wake up ... so i get maybe 3 hrs .... ugh even my mom pointed out the bags in my eyes today cause I'm so drained ! Any one had this problem and have suggestions ? I'm 37 weeks pregnant & NEED sleeep 😥

i had the worse heartburn at bed time too. i had to sleep sitting up and i drank a glass of milk before bed. it made a big difference

For a heartburn try 1/2of water with 2-3 teaspoons. Sleeping a body pillow has really helped me....

omg... I'm so depressed my child cries more than she doesnt..The only time she's not crying is when she's alsleep.. but…

I'm so depressed my child cries more than she doesnt..The only time she's not crying is when she's alsleep.. but she only sleeps 30 minutes each time. she won't sit in her carseat, her crib, pack n play , her swing, bouncer nothing!!! I have to hold ger 24/7 even when she's sleeping or else she will wake up. I'm tired I don't get any sleep nothing soothes her I don't even remember the last time I had enough time to bathe :'( I love her so much but this is so challenging

Sleeping position when pregnant

Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
