If it's not bothering her I don't think you should unless if you see it getting worse. She probably stepped on something. A lot of the times nurses from the ER tell me they only deal with life threatening emergencies that if I'm concerned to bring it up to my pediatrician and they basically laugh in my face and I leave upset
