My braxton hicks are a tightening feeling of my uterus and then it releases after 10-30 seconds

okay thank you I'm 25weeks4days and I have been having some tightening feeling on my right side and it goes to my back but its not constant and it just comes and goes threw the day

they feel like actual contractions they hurt
