First time mother's how do you STRICTLY stay to breast feeding & pumping without it taking a toll on you & making sure your baby gets enough to eat ? ... without giving formula & what helps your supply go up faster ? Sometimes my baby girl gets to frustrated to latch on.

I realized that breastfeeding is the best way to feed him and really don't want to feed him formula.even though I had to give him a little in the first week of his life so he could gain weight. I barely leave the house and when I do I feed him first. my son dosent take bottles or pacifiers so it's all mommy.
if she's frustrated when latching, bottle feed your breast milk first then have her feed from the boob, that should also help your milk supply or pump after she's done feeding to be sure you empty them
my baby gets frustrated latching on too but to keep my milk up i feed her on demand not on a set schedule n drink lots of water
