One thing I REALLY REALLY REALLY hope I get at my baby shower is a diaper genie. I had my nieces Takara and Lilliana from yesterday at 1pm till today at 2:15pm and this morning when Takara woke up at 11 David changed her diaper while I changed Lilliana's and He put her diaper in my trash can in my room and we forgot about it and my room smells like pissy diaper! 😭😭 I cleaned my room, took the trash out, and moped my floor 3 times. Once with Fabulosa, once with pinesol, and once with just regular dish soap, and nothing is working! I'm allergic to bleach so I can't do that. Idk what to do😭😭

I said the same thing, I had a diaper genie with my first. I was talking to my sister and she brought up that the refills are fairly expensive and she suggested just getting a regular garbage can with a lid that you control with a foot pedal. Then to use an arm and hammer cling on the inside if the lid. I'm considering that, she did it with hers and said she never smelled it. :)

@dontberidiculous, I was also thinking that and maybe putting an air freshener on the inside of the top lid so it doesn't really smell when you open it. Either way I hope I get soemthing. Lol
