i have a question so my sister told me she spotted her whole period last month but her spotting was Brown then her cycle didn't come on dis month.. what do that mean (she said she took a pregnant test but it said negative) we need help

She could still be pregnant and it was just too early for the test to detect. She should test again. I remember before I got pregnant about 2 months before my period got all messed up
