Any advice on being a young mom ? I'm 21, my boyfriend is 25. This pregnancy was an accident but I had to go through with it. I've always wanted kids...sometimes I do get down thinking that I don't have a degree or a career yet...most of my friends are in school and go out to the bars and I'm sitting home 7 months pregnant. believe me, I've had my fun with freedom... I just want my life to grow and continue along with my daughters and not disappear into being only "mommy". I'm so excited to have my baby, I just still want to succeed in life.

your welcome just don't let fear hold u down trust me I was like that but once I held my son my fear went away weather good or bad comes u as a mother make the best of it to make your baby proud my son is 6/years old I love when he tells me he's proud of me an loves me for everything I do an that there just makes me wanna strive more for him an now my daughter

The future just feels so uncertain and it's scary. My best friend of 10 years literally got pregnant 3 months before me so she knows what I'm going through. I just feel like my life is definitely at a crossroads.

your daughter isn't gonna stop u from succeeding I was 18/when I had my son I was a single mom it made me strive to succeed an go out an further my education I'm 25/now an having a daughter children don't stop u from growing your fear stops u set in your mind no matter what u can do it an going out having friends well having kids just show u who really are your friends your world doesn't stop cuz u have kids it gets better just most people don't see that cuz fear

It's definitely hard I got pregnant at 18 all of my friends was going to college while I was at home getting ready for the birth of my son it always helps to have a mommy friend around the same age

Same exact situation. I am 21 hubby is 25. Your friends are gonna switch up on you but that's life you have to keep it moving and adjust to the new life you have.
