I heard that most Drs test for it some don't care about weed and others will only say something if it shows up repeatedly. If anything else shows up I think they say something to you but don't call the cops or anything but will test the baby for anything in its system and if it's meth or something you're in a lot of trouble.

The majority of doctors don't make a big deal about weed. It's not until the harder drugs show up that anything happens. I didn't with my first cuz I didn't smoke but my second I do. only been tested for sugar and protein levels. I openly do it ( meaning I do freak out if I have too pee for them knowing I smoked the night before). I'm not worried about it where I live. my mother in law tries to tell me different but the worst they'll do (to me). is tell me to quit.

Lol omg no meth and weed are soooo not even close to the same thing I'm sorry lol I didn't mean it to come out like that lol and I don't know first hand but I'm don't think you could lose your kids for weed. As long as your not selling it or growing it and as long as it's not around your kids. In most states anyways that's what it's coming out to be. Some states are still hardcore against it tho

that meth thing isn't a joke I saw this lady get arrested bc her baby came out feigning for it she got charged with child abuse but I think if I remember correctly they will only charge you if your child comes out an addict

I wasn't worried about the Drs just the hospital because they will call CPS. They just do a house check. Not a big deal, but better to be avoided. @mothernature and no problem, I wasn't worried about any of that they just have CPS come do a house check... It's decriminalize here so no worries

My sister just had her baby in Ohio, they both tested positive for marijuana.. CPS just talked to her, and even asked me questions when I went to visit them in the hospital, and they just took pictures of her house and where her daughter would be sleeping, but they didnt do anything else. and now she is home with her little girl :)
