Honey is a no before a year. Maybe put some breast milk in it? Lol
Cod liver oil and honey are both amazing natural cures for honey. With her so young allergies are obviously large part to worry about. Bring them up to your doctor because the medicine they give you for that is probably far form natural.
I think I'm going to take her to the pediatrician tomorrow.
