yea it's taken me over 6 months to realize I needed help after losing my son in June.

I deal with bipolar depression and anxiety as well as ptsd. I've been seeing a therapist and psychiatrist for over a year now. I am so glad I decided to get help when I did. It makes a world of difference! @mamaofangelbaby0610

Girl I literally feel my heart beating in my throat every day and it sucks! I always take deep breathes and just stop what ever I'm doing until it stops it's tough buy totally worth it for the baby, my psychiatrist said we will probably start back up once the baby is born since I've been dealing with it already @mamaofangelbaby0610

lol right I wish I could take a Xanax for my anxiety

I almost can't sleep in cars myself unless I take a xanax (which I've had to stop due to pregnancy) but I would wrap up in one seat belt around my chest then buckle the other two lol but I totally understand @mamaofangelbaby0610

haaa yea except I have severe anxiety and especially in cars and I absolutely have to wear a seat belt other wise it gets hard for me to breathe lol
