I get scared all the time don't worry you're not alone. And remember if the fear ever gets to be too much just call your dr. :)

cramps are normal, you have cramps during pregnancy because your uterus is stretching and growing along with your baby. I get them so bad sometimes I have to lay down but as long as I have no bleeding I know I'm OK. this is my fourth baby and I have had cramping in all of my pregnancies. don't worry yourself, you will have cramping on an off a lot.
