@kmally is right. saltwater in a shot glass and dunk your nipple  in it as well :)

get some lanolin and lather up. make sure baby is latching better. sore nipples are not good.

use the other one for now so it can heal faster . try pushing your boob further into your babies mouth

It's still okay to feed.  Put coconut oil on it as often as you can <3
