idk if im having labor contractions or im just really crampy. im so uncomfortable :(

can you time them? if you have more than 4 to 6 in an hour you should call your doctor and see if they wanna see you.

Cramps are contractions so time them

Not really any reason to cramp other than contractions :) If there's pain associated with them I would time them as other ladies suggested to see how many you're getting, how long and how fast. If they are irregular, it's just your body getting ready. If they are consistent and get closer together, call your provider.

yeah ive had way more then 6 amd its only been like 30 minutes @cdgfreeman @mommabird @muvamermaid they go intense for like a minute or more then get less in intensity but still with pain and then repeats

ive tried laying down, walking, sitting now im going to take a bath

Contact your doctor they will likely tell you to got to L&D

are they consistant? like time apart. and are they longer than 30 seconds in duratipn. if they are same time apart you may be in labor and might wanna call your doctor

That sounds exactly like a contraction, now just to time them to see if they are practice or the real thing!

its all consistent. they are longer then 30 seconds pain wise yes absolutely its like a really bad period in my back and stomach even in my butt kind of . but then for a couple minutes it gets better but pain is still there then all of a sudden it get intense again @cdgfreeman
