My baby's due next Friday, Christmas. I lost my mucous plug today though and I'm 3cm dilated and 80% effaced so my doctor thinks I'll go into labor this weekend... If I have the baby this weekend, I can't bring her out for Christmas Eve/Christmas...correct? I'm a first time mommy and just wanna confirm with other mommies!

@tiffaniixx3, I'm super excited!! hopefully your little one will decide to come before Christmas! I was dilated 3 centimeters at my 37 weeks apointment, my doctor didn't think I would make to tommorow but he's still staying put!
Rightt I understand where you're coming from. Well I have two options for Christmas Eve parties. My aunt (my moms side of the family) is having their party, which there's no children except my cousins daughter who's 1.5 y.o and has a cold. Other than that everyone's 17+ but very loud .... And then my dads having a party but a lot of my brothers friends will be there who will most likely be drunken idiots lol they're all between 25-30 y.o and crazy! I think my fiancé and I and the baby will just stay home this year 👌🏽 lol
Depends on the type of family you have (loud rowdy or lots of kids) or how many gatherings you're supposed to go to. If my baby is born before Christmas I would probably only go to one party my grandpa throws every year because family from out of state (plus my father stepmom and little brother) attend and I can just make everyone else come to my house if they want to see us. Otherwise the next Christmas party in my family isn't until January
Lucky you @boymom2_2 ! Lol I wish I was having my baby tomorrow! Regardless though, my aunt won't let my family and I come over for her Christmas Eve party because there will be so many people there and my cousins daughter is sick 😓😓
I'm due Christmas Day and I'm having my baby tommorow! I will be taking him out for Christmas gathering at families house! we'll just be sure to keep him warm as we can!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
