✋🏼 over here! Thank God for my thick hair...it's falling out like never before I just see the clumps in the shower, my combs, the floor, my pillows, on my poor baby I always find strands of hair lol. It's horrible. I hope it gets better.

I'm hoping ! its my first try and I been on it for 2 days I'm going for a month if it works I'm going to continue taking them! what have you ladies been doing to help with hair loss?!?! oh! the only thing I've done is buy a conditioner to help strengthen my hair. but I know of these vitamins my sister takes to help with hair and nails. might try those. I'll have to ask her what they're called.

I'm also breastfeeding 🤔so idk if that's the culprit. It's horrible. I take my prenatals still but some days more than others I forget. 😩.
