uuugh 4 month pp . any mommies losing hair like there's no tomorrow!?!?!? geesh every time I shower comb my hair I lose…

I'm also breastfeeding 🤔so idk if that's the culprit. It's horrible. I take my prenatals still but some days more than others I forget. 😩.

the only thing I've done is buy a conditioner to help strengthen my hair. but I know of these vitamins my sister takes to help with hair and nails. might try those. I'll have to ask her what they're called.

@kibella22, girllllll🙌🙌🙌 same here I was as crying because Im losing hair so much but I've heard and read on Pinterest if you take folic acid pills and biotine its supposed to help grow ,strength and healthy! I'm hoping ! its my first try and I been on it for 2 days I'm going for a month if it works I'm going to continue taking them! what have you ladies been doing to help with hair loss?!?! oh! I also cut my hair and have been putting coconut oil @juanitalupita @mimi00 @mommakitty88

✋🏼 over here! Thank God for my thick hair...it's falling out like never before I just see the clumps in the shower, my combs, the floor, my pillows, on my poor baby I always find strands of hair lol. It's horrible. I hope it gets better.
