so my son who is a month old decides to down 10oz in over a matter of 3hrs and still eats 4 oz every two or so. he bairly eats during the day maybe 2 or 3 oz every to two to three hrs. how do i get him to even out. i need my sleep and all i do is put him down bairly fall asleep and hes back awake wanting more when during the day he sleeps for 4 to 6 hrs at a time.

My daughter is the same way, she ate just like that and now she is a 5 months old 26 pounder, I switched her schedule by keeping her up and playing with her, I don't give her a bottle until she starts acting hungry. Warm bottles around 11pm and she is out till about 5 am then another warm bottle then back to sleep till about 9:30 am, just got to keep repeating the cycle so baby gets used to it! try a little pinch of rice in his bottle to help him sleep longer periods

My son is the same but we give him between 4-6 oz bc he was over eating and throwing up. But just try to give him 2 burps every feeding and once he is good and he will be good to go

sound like he just has his schedule backwards, try keeping him up a little more during the day:)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
any advice on how every night after I rock him for 30-40 min I sit him down he always wakes up. then I have to do it for another30-40 min and he'll stay asleep... every night. I can't live off 6 hrs of sleep forever! plus he wakes up every two hrs!!!

Big baby are okay, she took a 2 oz until about a month 1/2, then switched to 4 oz about 2 1/2 months, now she is 5 months taking 6-8 oz bottles. Doctor says she is perfectly healthy though
