I'm having such a big hot flash... I have my window open still hot so I'm just in underwear and a bra... I hate this lol idk who else gets hot flashes like this.

Yea and my husband gets so mad. because i make everyone freeze lol

Lol my boyfriend is the same way but at night I take a bath and that helps too but during the day get a wet washcloth and put it on you to cool down that's all I do hehe

@kay880, I just might do that lol. it happens during the day to. my moms like I'm cold I'm like I'm dying of heat lol

I do all the time I put ice or something cold on me then I feel better

@kay880, yeah I just take a ice cube rub it on my forehead that helps lol. or take a cool shower. I have my window all the way open enjoying the cold ha. and @babiio1 me to cause I make my mom keep the heat down sometimes lol
