Not sure why, but I've been getting extremely sharp pains in my ribs on the right side the past week or two. Not constant, just occasionally. Any ideas on what it could be? I go back to see my OB in a few days. I just don't know if I should be more worried about it or if it's just normal.

I had that happen to me...it felt like air..not painful but really uncomfortable..they say it's common in the fourth month...it's your body stretching.
